Discovery2Through sheer laziness, I’ve flirted around with the idea of compiling The Daily Graboid every two-three weeks as opposed to the regular way of doing it once per week. I’m not sure which format I prefer, so I’ll just leave it up to you guys. To be honest, I’m leaning towards just sticking with the original format. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it — right?

Anyways, as you can see with the list, I’m missing a few of the bigger releases from the past few weeks (Regina Spektor, Wilco, etc.). With so much ground to cover, I decided to just include the albums that had a free download attached to it, so if there’s anything I may have left off, feel free to let us know!

  1. Brandon says:

It is nice to see The Daily Graboid back. I look forward to seeing it every week, so if it were up to me I would love to see it continue once a week. Still, once every two or three weeks is not so bad either.

  2. j says:

    man i missed this.

I agree with the post above me. While i love the weekly, the bi/tri weekly is so much bigger.

Thanks as always for doing this.

  3. PJ says:

Two reasons I like the idea of bi/tri weekly is that it doesn’t clog the main page with 4-5 Daily Graboid updates if I happen to go into any posting slumps (which seems to be much more frequent now. Need help!).

  4. Wendy says:

Call it the monthly graboid and be done with it!?

Either way, RSS feeds will assist in letting us know exactly when they arrive.

    Surprises are fun!

  5. Cavier says:

Nice. Thanks for this. That Blue Roses track is great. Gonna have to check out their record.

  6. T. Crispim says:

I think weekly is better. Because it’s smaller and less heavy on the computer. Also it’s easier to download the tracks, select them and make a list to see which cd’s to buy (at least that’s how I do it).
