So it’s the day after Christmas, and you’re looking to unwind a little bit from what i’m assuming is a rather consuming holiday gathering.  If this is not you, then realize there are a couple of days until New Years, so you must need something to do, correct?  Well, if you’re in or around the greater Atlanta area, then head over to the 1st annual Unwrapped Atlanta Web Party, as it’s a chance to meet and greet fellow bloggers, designers, developers, and Facebook addicts.

Of course, I wouldn’t advertise such a thing if it weren’t for a good cause, as half the proceeds are going to One Laptop Per Child to help create educational opportunities for the world’s poorest children by providing each child with a rugged, low-cost, low-power, connected laptop with content and software designed for collaborative, joyful, self-empowered learning.

For more detailed information, head over to the Unwrapped site for detailed information as well as driving directions.  Don’t miss out on the last big event of 2008!
