Every week that I compile the Graboid, i’m always realizing how little we even touch on a lot of new music that continues to be released. But it’s definitely nice to have everything together here in one post. That being said, I think my jaw dropped to the ground when I saw the insane amount of releases out this week.
Seriously, you couldn’t ask for more, and frankly, I don’t even know where to begin. Just simply skimming over the list and you’ll notice many recognizable names like Crooked Fingers, Antony & The Johnsons, The Rosebuds, Deerhoof, Her Space Holiday, Land of Talk, and even Oasis (it’s good!). Not to mention some newly minted faves here on the blog including Vivian Girls, Pale Young Gentlemen and Department of Eagles.
For a lot of us, we’re lucky to even purchase even a handful of albums from week to week; so what would you be willing to spend on?

Wow, what a great week of music. It is nice to hear new stuff from Annuals, Antony & The Johnsons, Castanets, Deerhoof, Department of Eagles, Jolie Holland, Juana Molina, Lambchop, Land of Talk, Marnie Stern, Pale Young Gentlemen, Rachael Yamagata, The Rosebuds and Vivian Girls. I am having trouble finding time to listen to all the new music.
