Well, I know everyone is already saying it, but Dear Science is TV On The Radio’s best album yet. It doesn’t have any songs as immediate as “Staring At The Sun” or “Wolf Like Me,” but song-for-song this album is rock solid. The vocals, the sonic chaos, the saxophones- they’re all there. At least for now the entire album is streaming on last.fm and is already available on iTunes and Amazon MP3. If you feel like waiting for the actual CD, you can pick it up on Tuesday…

Ah… looks like now it’s just the bonus tracks streaming…

Joymonger, I recommend you just give TVOTR a try every now and then… You never know when they might click… I didn’t care for them at first, then out of nowhere I fell in love… but you never know, I’ve been trying Animal Collective for years (and I’ll keep giving them a shot now and then), but they still have never done it for me…

I guess it all boils down to the fact we’re all different… luckily, there’s a lot of music out there!

I don’t know what the deal is with the horrible new TVOTR album andI am a fan of the old TVOTR. To my VERY HIGHLY TRAINED ear this is just not very good and I’m gonna tell everyone just that.

To this VERY HIGHLY UNTRAINED ear it sounds great!

(Sorry, I’m in a sarcastic mood… reading a couple hundred pages of Nietzsche for a class will do that to you…)
