I met Eef when he was opening for Ben Folds, he’s a super nice guy and a good musician. I’m glad to see other people getting into his music!

  2. Td says:

PJ, not sure how many people tell you this, but thanks. A great large thanks. Your site is by and large one of the best on this gigantic interwebs.

  3. PJ says:

thank you TD! That truly means a lot. :)

A few of my thoughts some of these albums I’ve heard:

My Morning Jacket: Very inconsistent, but it’s good moments are really good. I’m more glad that MMJ are still testing themselves than I am mad about the few duds on the album.

Wolf Parade: Really solid stuff. I don’t know if it’s better than their debut, but it’s at least on the same level.

My Brightest Diamond: It’s just sick that she can sing that well. Oh, and the music is good too…

I still need to get the Notwist album, and I will admit that I’m waiting for a copy of Coldplay’s disc that I ordered.

I had no idea My Morning Jacket came out with a new album… I will definitely have to check that out!
I’m glad you included Adele’s album. I first heard her last year here in Wales, and have loved her ever since.
I posted a new LJ entry about listening to only 10 songs for the rest of your life… I’m curious what you’d pick.
