Despite the complete lack of posts, the Daily Graboid is still the one constant that you can expect from week to week. Considering this is a day late, though, I do apologize. I have been very sick the past week and a half, and all my time has been spent either in bed and/or in a hospital. Not my idea of a good time, but what can you do, ya know?
With this week being SXSW and all that jazz, it certainly stings a little bit that i’m not there in Austin soaking up all of that sweet, sweet goodness; at least one person from TYS is representing us as i’m anxious to hear some news from Val. This is probably one reason for the lack of album releases this week as well, since there is only one release that I can actually recommend. That being Kaki King’s Dreaming of Revenge, which i’ve posted about previously here on the site. Haven’t had a chance to check out any of the other releases from this week, but maybe you’ll find something here to your liking.

awesome tunes
That new Kaki King IS good. Unfortunately, I feel she goes a little more unnoticed than she should.
Why?’s Alopecia is the best album I’ve heard so far this year. Very strong material. Amazing lyrics and original music and samples.
