The Radio Dept. :: “Bachelor Kisses”

According to Labrador, The Radio Dept. are supposed to release a brand new record sometime in the spring. That’s all i’ve heard since last year, no new updates or anything. There is nothing that would satisfy me more than hearing new record. They’ve become one of my absolute favorite bands and I consider both Lesser Matters and Pet Grief as some of the best albums i’ve heard this decade.

Since I know nothing regarding this upcoming release, I figured I would post this song i’ve had sitting around for a few months. I found it at Friendly Noise, and at the time it was new; a cover of “Bachelor Kisses” from the Go-Betweens. Also, back in September, the band made available a free download of their Anne Laurie EP from 2002 that features four tracks. You can download that EP here.
