What is this?! The Daily Graboid on a Tuesday? Yes, indeed it is. I really should do this on actual release days, but I like having that extra day to listen to everything that’s available. On this Halloween week, we have two really standout soundtrack compilations with the Bob Dylan biopic I’m Not There and Joy Division biopic Control. Both of these have been covered extensively on the blog, along with having a giveaway last week for I’m Not There. I emailed the winner yesterday, so congratulations to Amy! Really great submissions from everyone though. I just wish I had more than one copy to giveaway.

Other albums worth checking out are Nicole Atkins, Ian Ball (of Gomez), Kate Tucker, The Caribbean, Sally Shapiro and Charalambides. I think that’s all the albums on the list, huh? Anything else worth picking up this week?
