Commercials used to be a great way of discovering music before everything became so easy to find on the internet. Once in a while though you’ll come across a really great song during a commercial. For me though, I watch way too much tv in my spare time. Usually as soon as I get home from work, i’m sitting on the couch watching whatever happens to be on before diving onto my computer. The other night I had some random idea pop in my head to start posting familiar songs to commercials here on the site. More often than not, I will find a commercial with a decent song attached to it and I figured it wouldn’t hurt to post the song for anyone who was curious about what they were hearing. I’ve actually done this a few times, so this might become a regular type of deal if I continue to see more commercials like this.
This Honda Civic commercial is actually quite old, as I think I remember seeing it at some point last year. It happened to pop up again the other day and it definitely grabs your attention because of The Go! Team’s “Huddle Formation” that’s played over it.
