Hopefully you picked up Feist’s latest, the Reminder, last week. If not, repent and get thee to thy nearest retailer of fine music. It’s a solid collection of Feist as we’ve come to know her. And since I hate it when I buy an album but some other store is giving away bonus tracks, I’ll provide one of the bonus tracks that Best Buy was bundling with the album. This one is with Mocky, about whom I don’t know much, except that he also did a good remix of “Mushaboom.” In any case, enjoy this one- it’s a gem that, I think, is on par with the Reminder’s high level of sweet goodness.

I always thought this song was called “Fighting Away the Tears.” It’s an old song, which first leaked in ‘04 and I think Mocky had it on an album. Great song. I also hate it when they put out extras on different CDs. Bloc Party did that and released practically an entire album of extras.
