Mates of State have announced some more tour dates once they are done traveling around with Death Cab For Cutie and Spoon. This time around everyone’s favorite husband-wife pop duo will pick up Starlight Mints and travel throughout the midwest and northeast. In addition to tour dates, I’ve attached some tracks for Mates of State (Like U Crazy, recycled from Paul’s best of 2006… list, and my personal favorite, an oldie but goodie, Hoarding it for Home) as well as Starlight Mints. If you haven’t yet heard Starlight Mints, have a listen…their flavor of dreamy space/psych-pop can be pretty infectious.
So, if you’re lucky enough to be in any of the cities they’ll be stopping through, check them out…your pop sensibilities will thank you.

atlanta got the shaft! But i think they came recently with fucking Destroyer, and i had no idea till like the day after
