Chris Cunningham’s (purchase his dvd works here) directing talent is something i respect, the man can do so much with so little. I say this even though i cannot watch any of his videos without immediately having to watch Cartoon Network or something as pleasant to clear the images out of my head. Seriously, his videos scare the ever-living SHIT out of me. Have you seen the Rubber Johnny short film? Took many hours of Adult Swim to get that out of my head.
After a long absence from directing music videos, Cunningham returns with a new video set to a track from The Horrors called “Sheena Is A Parasite.” The video contains the band playing around this lady who spews her intestines onto the screen numerous times to nauseating effects. Watching the video made me hide under my blanket. Feel my pain and watch this You Tube video of it, and i did you all the pleasure of showcasing You Tube videos of some of his other oddly/messed up works he’s done in the past.
